I'm coming up to Portland sometime within the next two weeks for an in-person interview for this job at Reed College.
I had a 10-15 minute conversation with their networking director. He seemed really nice and friendly on the phone. Everything he described I could elaborate on because I already have experience in what they are doing. I wasn't nervous at all like the previous two (bad) phone interviews. I think this could be the job for me!
They've been a primarily Mac campus and they want more Windows support. I'd be perfect for that becasue I've been doing Windows at work for almost 4 years, but was a Mac user before that. I know exactly what I'd need to do in this position and I'd be good at it.
And the kicker: 22 days of vacation per year.
AWWW YEAH!!!
Tomorrow I'll be scheduling the time/day for the interview. Oh man I'm excited!
