Mar. 7th, 2006 11:37 amI just checked with my ISP, and if I go over my monthly bandwidth quota of 1GB, I'll get charged $4.95 per GB. That's OK, I guess. Now I'm not afraid to post the link to my video. I was worried it would put me over quota and then the Current TV people wouldn't be able to see it. Boy would that look unprofessional. My ISP (sonic.net) actually gives me the option to enable/disable quota protection, if I didn't want to go over. Pretty nice. I can also turn on/off port blocking on their end, too. They're a good ISP.
Anyway, here goes:

I know the encoding isn't perfect, but it looks OK.
I've put together a little site for it, which I'm going to modify some more tonight before I email them.
http://goat.users.sonic.net/ctv/
The high bandwidth video (which will look significantly better) isn't up yet, because it was still encoding when I left for work... and I didn't get to work until 11:30 am... :(
Feedback, please. If anybody dares read my novel of a cover letter and resume, please give feedback on that, too.
